1. Shipping Information

This bespoke process begins immediately after your order is confirmed.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor its journey.
International Shipping: We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. 2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our 3D-printed ear jewelry, our returns policy has specific conditions.
All Sales Final for Custom Items: As each plug/tunnel is custom-made to your unique design and size specifications, all sales are generally final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom items due to a change of mind, incorrect size chosen by the customer, or minor aesthetic variations inherent to 3D printing. Please double-check your order details, including sizes and designs, before finalizing your purchase.
Acceptable Reasons for Return/Exchange (Manufacturing Defects or Damage): We take great care in producing high-quality items. However, in the rare event that your product arrives:
Damaged during transit: Please notify us immediately upon receipt (within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery) with clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the packaging and the item.
With a demonstrable manufacturing defect: If there is a clear flaw in the 3D print or material integrity that affects its function or appearance significantly, please contact us with supporting photos/videos within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery.
Return Process for Eligible Items:

Incorrect Size Ordered by Customer: We rely on the measurements and specifications you provide. We strongly recommend accurately measuring your stretched ears before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.
Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on ear jewelry that has been worn or removed from its sealed packaging (if applicable), unless it is due to a verifiable manufacturing defect or transit damage as outlined above.
3. Order Cancellation
Limited Window: Due to the immediate start of our custom manufacturing process, order cancellations are only possible within a very limited window after purchase (e.g., within 12 hours). Once your order has moved into the design or printing phase, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
